Logistics Property Company, LLC is seeking aFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Managerto join our dynamic finance team. This role plays a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, performance analysis, and decision support across the organization. As FP&A Manager, you will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, while partnering cross-functionally with development, asset management, and accounting teams. You will also oversee the preparation of fund-level and project-level financial analyses, support capital planning, and contribute to investor reporting. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence key business decisions. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong technical knowledge of accounting with an aptitude for problem solving and utilizing analytical skills to work through complex issues while working towards deadlines. Experience in commercial real estate , private equity, consulting or investment banking
required. Prior exposure to Yardi Voyager and/or Anaplan would be advantageous, although not required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ·
Leadthe annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fund-level objectives. ·
Develop and maintaincomplex, dynamic financial models to support scenario planning, capital allocation, and long-term forecasting. ·
Collaboratewith development, asset management, and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in project-level forecasts and fund performance metrics. ·
Overseethe calculation and review of waterfall distributions at project stabilization, ensuring compliance with partnership agreements. ·
Prepare and presentfinancial analyses and dashboards for executive leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities. ·
Managethe integrity of financial data across systems (Yardi, Anaplan, Excel), ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting. ·
Drive process improvementsand automation initiatives within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency and scalability. ·
Support strategic initiativesincluding acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects through robust financial modeling and due diligence. ·
Mentor and guidejunior team members, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement. ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have: Required qualifications ·
Bachelor’s degree: Accounting or Finance ·
7+ years of experience in FP&A or a related finance / analytical role within the Commercial Real Estate, Private Equity, Consulting or Investment Banking industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred qualifications ·
Experience in the areas of forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, data mining and interpretation ·
Advanced knowledge of Excel with exposure to building and maintaining financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving ·
Familiarity to Anaplan is a plus, but not required ·
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment ·
Strong technical understanding of accounting, including preparation and analysis of financial statements ·
Demonstrated ability to apply problem solving and analytical skills to provide solutions to complex issues ·
Ability and initiative to take on increasing responsibilities over time ·
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal ·
Strong attention to detail COMPENSATION
The FP&A Associate role offers a competitive base salary ranging from$140,000 to $170,000 annually plus bonus, reflecting the company’s good faith estimate based on market data and internal equity. ABOUT LOGISTICS PROPERTY COMPANY
