ATG is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer Minorities / Females / Vets / Disability Job Summary We are seeking a Cyber Security Analyst Sr. to join our team supporting the 557 Weather Wing in Offutt Nebraska. You will play a key part in ATGs support of development and overarching STIG compliance strategy; assist in risk analysis and threat hunting and enforcement of cybersecurity programs. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and organization of Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment(s) (CORA) Testing and analysis of all applicable STIGs; Scheduling and implementation of all applicable STIGs; Monitoring and execution of the quarterly revalidation schedule; Monitoring emerging changes to the applicable STIGs outside of the quarterly schedules. Support leadership meetings including briefing of senior Government leadership biweekly briefings and meetings security meetings and stakeholder meetings. Monitoring the cybersecurity risk and threat to the 557 WWs cyber environment; Assisting with the implementation plans for the 557 WWs transition to a cloud environment Provide team leadership support managing up to 6 personnel ensuring tasking is completed and accurate. Responsible for program deliverables and reporting to both ATG leadership and Government personnel regarding contract outcomes and status. Qualifications Required : Security Clearance Level : Must hold an active Secret Clearance. Bachelors Degree and 4 years of experience Associates Degree and 6 years of experience or Highschool Diploma and 8 years experience can qualify candidate in leu of Bachelors degree. Possesses and applies expertise on complex work assignments. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Desired : Previous Experience in leading teams with multiple skillsets.
