The IT Project Manager will be responsible for key enterprise strategic initiatives, seeking to achieve project scope, time, cost, and quality objectives consistent with Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices. The IT Project Manager will coordinate the activities of internal and external resources throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining an effective and motivated team. Additionally, they will assist business partners with developing project charters and plans, ensuring proper documentation and communication of resources, risks, procurement, and stakeholder management. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Lead high-profile enterprise initiatives, driving cross-functional teams to achieve quality results through all project phases (initiating, planning, executing, controlling, closing). Monitor and manage project scope, schedule, costs, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee internal and external project team resources, including vendors and third parties. Develop project scope and design specifications, aligning with stakeholders on business requirements. Maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, logs, registers, requirements). Manage project risks, issues, change control, status reporting, and process improvements. Mentor and guide less experienced project managers. Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities At least 10 years of managing projects or programs in a mid to large-scale corporate environment. Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI PMBOK, PMP, Agile, SDLC). Experience leading complex, cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration. Experience managing consultants, vendors, RFPs, contracts, and budgets. Passion for coaching and developing team members. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills. Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields. Preferred Knowledge and Skills Experience with highly complex projects across multiple business units. Experience managing large project teams and long project lifecycles. Additional Details Work independently with minimal supervision. Mentor less experienced project managers.
