We are seeking a strong Java developer with extensive experience developing for MS SQL Server back-end, including writing complex queries and creating joins in MS SQL. This experience must be clearly reflected on the candidate's resume. NICE TO HAVE: Demonstrated ability to accurately scope work and prepare detailed schedule estimates. Experience designing, programming, and unit testing complex n-tier applications. Ability to produce clear and thorough technical documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts in business terms. Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. Proactive problem-solving and initiative-taking skills. Quick learner of new technical and business concepts and ability to apply them effectively. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments efficiently. Experience working in the restaurant or food services industry. Experience developing or maintaining POS systems, preferably using Java on a POS system.
