Overview
This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.

sponsorship, either currently or in the future. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and optimize software delivery.
Build and maintain internal tools and integrations using
Java
.
Support and troubleshoot
.NET build and deployment pipelines
.
Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor deployments using automated testing and quality gates.
Participate in a
rotating on-call schedule
(once every 7 weeks; minimal after-hours support).
Requirements: Experience with
Java
for backend development and pipeline integration
Experience with
.NET build tools
(MSBuild, NuGet, .NET CLI)
Experience in
DevOps, CI/CD
, or
build/release engineering
Experience with
Jenkins
(Groovy a plus)
Solid understanding of Git and source control strategies
Excellent troubleshooting skills for build and deployment issues
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Bonus Skills: Experience with Azure DevOps Server, SonarQube, and CI/CD metrics tools
Exposure to cloud-native deployments (Azure, AWS)
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular)
Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Eagerness to learn and share knowledge
