We are currently looking for
a Senior Lock Desk Analyst to join our team.
Reporting to the VP, Secondary Marketing, Capital Markets, this position is responsible for playing a key role in overseeing and optimizing lock desk operations within the mortgage loan origination process. This role manages complex rate lock scenarios, leads pricing strategy implementation, and ensures data integrity across systems. This position provides advanced analysis to support pipeline hedging and To-Be-Announced (TBA) mortgage-backed securities (MBS) management, contributing to risk mitigation and enhanced secondary market execution.
Additionally, this position drives process improvements, ensures compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines, and collaborates cross-functionally to support leadership and business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in Optimal Blue and Encompass systems, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Agency, Government, and Non-Agency loan programs.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School Diploma/ GED) required 4+ years’ experience in the mortgage industry, secondary marketing, pricing, or loan processing Advanced knowledge and experience with Optimal Blue and Encompass required In-depth knowledge of loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM) and investor guidelines Experience with hedging and trading TBA MBS highly preferred Proven experience leading and performing in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment Advanced skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills; ability to train and effectively share information with others Strong analytical skills Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment Strong time management skills Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities Client-focused with strong execution skills and results orientation High level of precision with attention to detail and consistency Flexible, open to change, and able to learn new things quickly Ability to work in a collaborative environment and provide guidance for working groups Submit Your Resume to Learn More

The hiring range for this position is between $52,000.00-$66,560.00 annually This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
