Job Description : We are seeking a visionary AI Architect to lead the design and strategic direction of AI-driven solutions across the Finance technology team. This role is responsible for translating business goals into AI strategies, designing scalable architectures, and guiding cross-functional teams through implementation. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with strong strategic and communication skills. • Define and drive the AI architecture roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives. • Design end-to-end AI and machine learning system architectures, including data pipelines, model training/inference environments, and model governance frameworks. • Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms. • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to architect scalable and reusable AI solutions. • Establish best practices for model lifecycle management, performance monitoring, explainability, and ethical AI. • Lead technical assessments of AI initiatives, identifying risks, trade-offs, and performance considerations. • Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and evaluate their applicability to business challenges. • Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering, with 4+ years in an architectural or leadership role. • Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), programming languages (Python, Java, etc.), and cloud AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI). • Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and real-time inference systems. • Solid understanding of data governance, model risk management, and responsible AI principles. • Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership. Preferred Skills: • Experience with GenAI (e.g., LLMs, transformers) and prompt engineering. • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architecture. • Background in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries
