EisnerAmper is looking for a Senior Manager in our Government Services practice, with significant experience in FEMA Public Assistance programs. This role involves leading large-scale disaster recovery efforts, business development, and providing leadership and mentorship to teams. Role Details: Lead complex disaster recovery programs, including FEMA Public Assistance funds, and experience with Individual Assistance or Hazard Mitigation grants is a plus. Evaluate client needs, manage activities, and ensure quality of deliverables. Drive business growth through client engagement and proposal development. Manage teams through all project phases, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence. Engage in business development activities, including conferences and proposal responses. Develop relationships with governmental entities and disaster recovery firms. Lead proposal writing and develop disaster recovery thought leadership. Identify recovery gaps and provide strategic recommendations. Supervise team performance and provide coaching. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Emergency Management, or related field. 10+ years in disaster recovery and emergency management, with 5+ years in management roles. Knowledge of FEMA disaster programs, statutes, regulations, and policies. Preferred: Master’s Degree. 5+ years in consulting, client support, and business development. Certifications such as CEM, AEM, PgMP, PMP preferred. Strong communication skills, ability to work in dynamic environments, and willingness to travel. This is a hybrid role based in Baton Rouge, with an expected salary range of $120,000 to $200,000, depending on experience and location.
