Job Description
The Fitness Reception Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations of the fitness center. This includes managing the reception staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. The supervisor will also be responsible for scheduling staff, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that all members are following gym policies and procedures.

Requirements
