Project Manager
for a contract opportunity with one of our pharmaceutical clients in Ridgefield, CT.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a local, highly motivated
Project Manager
who thrives in a hybrid work environment. This role requires hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to successful completion in complex, regulated environments-ideally with prior exposure to pharmaceutical data and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Lead end-to-end project lifecycle using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create and manage detailed project timelines. Set and align stakeholder expectations. Ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. Team & Stakeholder Management
Direct and coordinate cross-functional and matrixed teams. Evaluate team and project performance against KPIs. Communicate project goals, updates, and risks to internal and external stakeholders. Lead strategic discussions and maintain alignment across departments. Operations & Execution
Oversee daily project operations and escalate issues proactively. Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans. Conduct regular reviews and facilitate project closure. Lead SOP/document inventory review and updates as needed. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required. 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a regulated industry. Pharmaceutical industry experience is strongly preferred , particularly in IT or data governance. Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources such as
IQVIA, Veeva Compass, Symphony
is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in high-pressure settings. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a proven ability to influence without direct authority. Independent, results-driven, and strategic thinker. Additional Information:
Candidates
must be local to Ridgefield, CT
and able to work onsite
3 days per week . Position is hybrid and full-time (40 hours/week). Contract duration:
6 months , with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
