As a Journeyman Application Developer, you will assist with designing, developing, and engineering software solutions using SQL stored queries, procedures, functions, views, triggers, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Java for web development. You will support development activities, communicate weekly status reports, demonstrate code, and contribute to team efforts. You will also assist in developing Software Development Plans (SDP), Preliminary Design (PD), and Software Design Documents. Position Location:
Dayton, OHIO - 100% onsite Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two years of experience or 3 years experience without a degree 2-3 years of experience with Java and testing (unit and integration) U.S. Citizenship NACI clearance required Experience with build tools like Ant and Maven is a plus Experience with configuration management tools like SVN and Git is a plus Preferred Skills: Experience with JIRA and Confluence Good communication skills, experience in delivering presentations to customers Experience with API calls Seniority level
