Requirements

This role involves collaborating with cutting-edge biotechnology companies to secure patent protection and manage intellectual property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications, including office action responses.
• Conduct patent landscape and freedom-to-operate searches.
• Collaborate with inventors to draft high-quality patent applications.
• Advise clients on IP due diligence for investments, IPOs, and capital markets transactions.
• Manage patent portfolios and coordinate with international associates.
