Sonrava Health . The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) at Sonrava serves as the key liaison for our patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. The PCC will greet patients warmly, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and cultivate lasting relationships. Collaborating closely with the Business Manager, the PCC must possess exceptional communication skills, a genuine passion for outstanding customer service, and a talent for sales. The goal of the PCC is to make every patient feel valued and at ease, delivering the Ultimate Patient Experience during each visit. Essential Functions
Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives. Greet patients professionally and promptly. Introduce new patients to the office and staff. Provide patient consultations and explain recommended treatments. Discuss costs, insurance coverage, and payment options with patients. Follow up with patients to build relationships and suggest new or alternative treatments. Encourage patient retention through relationship nurturing. Work collaboratively to ensure excellent service for each patient. Support local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and patient growth. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Customer service orientation. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Preferred: dental office experience. Preferred: experience with dental insurance. Preferred: familiarity with Denticon/Dentrix. Skills and Abilities
At least 2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience. Bilingual Spanish-English preferred. Ability to handle patient concerns and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Quick learner of new procedures and processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High ownership, accountability, and initiative. Friendly, outgoing, and motivated personality. Work Environment and Conditions
Travel may be required for training and job functions. Compliance with safety procedures and use of PPE to minimize risks. Potential for prolonged sitting and standing. Additional Details
