COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Annual Salary up to $90,265
Relocation assistance of $5,000
Signing bonus of up to $15,000
Eligibility for NHSC Student loan forgiveness - $50K for a 2-year commitment!
Annual CME allowance of $3,000
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Work within an integrated healthcare model at an FQHC
Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm; Optional overtime hours available
Join a collaborative environment, partnering with Primary Care to develop comprehensive treatment plans
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Bilingual / Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged (not mandatory)
New graduate LCSWs, LPCs, and LMSWs are welcome to apply
