Product Manager - Agentic AI - Healthcare GenAI Startup

The company was founded about 2 years ago, and has raised a very large round of funding. It has many large customers and revenues are rapidly growing. The company currently has about 110 employees (was 70 in february) and 45 engineers and is hiring rapidly. The company will pay a salary up to $250k, plus equity could be lucrative. Job Responsibilities: - Design, spec, and prioritize AI agent functionalities tailored to healthcare workflows. - Collaborate with engineers on prompt engineering, tool calling, and real-time LLM behavior. - Monitor deployed agents for quality, safety, and performance issues. - Define success criteria and evaluation strategies for agentic features. - Drive iterative improvements based on user feedback and internal benchmarks. Qualifications: - An Engineering degree from a highly ranked school. - At least 4 years of professional experience as a Product Manager. - A background as a Software Engineer. - At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager of an LLM-focused or agentic AI application. - Strong understanding of LLM engineering concepts including prompt engineering, RAG, tool usage, and real-time decisioning. - Proven ability to define product requirements and success metrics in ambiguous environments. - Experience launching ML/AI-powered products in production.
