Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, advertising, or related field, plus 5+ years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio. Minimum 18 years old, ability to pass a drug test. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Strong UX/UI principles knowledge, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Portfolio with web and advertising campaigns, including a link to the online portfolio. Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles. Ability to work overtime occasionally. Desired qualifications include experience with Fred Meyer policies, working with printers and photographers, motion design, and familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and other design tools.
