Travel Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours Shift start and end times: 1430-2230; 1430-0300 or 1830-0700 Weekend/Holiday Rotation Requirements: Every third, one holiday Primary Location: Waukesha Memorial Hospital Float Requirements: To Oconomowoc Memorial and other units as needed Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: ACLS, BLS, RRT or CRT license, WI RRT required Minimum Experience: 3 years experience, Comfortable working in a critical care environment and NICU experience required Charting Experience Required: Current EPIC within last 12
