We have an opportunity for a dynamic Wound Nurse (LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team of compassionate caregivers.

As a Wound Nurse (LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse), you will:
* Assess and care for wounds
* Educate clinical team on wound care and prevention
* Timely and accurately document resident care in EMR
Qualifications for a Wound Nurse (LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse):
* Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
* Current CPR Certification
* Certification as wound care nurse (preferred)
* One year of LPN experience (preferred)
* Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience (preferred)
