Location: Menlo Park Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a residential setting. The LVN will provide care to an Amergisum of 6 clients, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform basic LVN duties, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities. Conduct phlebotomy procedures as needed. Engage with patients during downtime, fostering a positive and interactive atmosphere. Document patient progress and any changes in condition. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Qualifications: Valid LVN license. Experience in a residential or inpatient setting preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with adolescent patients. Proficiency in phlebotomy.
