Who You Are
You are a high performer with 3 - 5 years of experience with the following:
Class Action defense in consumer class actions including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, violation of consumer protection laws (required); CA Unfair Competition Law (required); Briefing class certification and/or summary judgment (required); Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery; Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews; Managing e-discovery.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills. You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude. You are an active member of the California Bar or New York Bar.
