Ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Requirements
Education/Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in clinical laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution, or equivalent training and experience as per CLIA regulation 42CFR493.1489. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in clinical laboratory testing in the relevant section/area. At least 2 years of supervisory experience. Licenses/Certifications: Certification as MLS, MLT, MT from ASCP, AMT, AAB, or HEW/HHS. Certifications must be current if they have an expiration date. Work Schedule
