Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial, warehouse, and mixed-use developments for public and private clients. Collaborate with office leadership on growth strategies and staff utilization. Support business development by cultivating new and existing client relationships. Lead site/civil design including layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control. Oversee stormwater management, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and SWPPP documentation. Apply expertise in land development, integrating geotechnical and environmental engineering. Perform additional duties as assigned. Civil engineering, Autocad, Civil 3d, Land development, Project management, Utility plan, Design, Stormwater, Professional engineer, Site development, Drainage Civil engineering, Autocad, Civil 3d, Land development Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 10+ years of local site/civil engineering experience, focused on land development. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Proven expertise in site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control. Strong client development and relationship management skills. Proficient in AutoCAD or Civil 3D (preferred). Active in professional organizations. Skilled in technical and proposal writing. Excellent written and verbal communication. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and multitasking abilities. Able to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and client meetings. Intermediate Level The pay range for this position is $51000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
