Landscape Maintenance Supervisor
to lead and oversee landscape maintenance crews in the Seattle area. This is a hands-on management role responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of high-quality maintenance services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in horticulture, crew supervision, and client service.
Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and support multiple landscape maintenance crews on a daily basis Coordinate scheduling, routing, and work assignments for crews to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to promote productivity, safety, and professional development Inspect job sites for quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction Communicate effectively with clients, respond to service requests, and resolve any issues or concerns Monitor and manage labor hours, equipment use, and materials to ensure job profitability Collaborate with operations and account managers to plan seasonal maintenance activities and enhancements Enforce company policies and safety standards consistently across all crews Maintain accurate records of work completed, crew hours, and any issues encountered
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong horticultural knowledge and familiarity with Pacific Northwest plant material and maintenance practices Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Proficiency with scheduling tools and mobile field apps is preferred
