Contract Description : We're looking for a Lead Data Engineer to design and optimize our data platforms using Databricks and AWS . You'll lead a talented team, drive our data strategy, and ensure data quality and scalability within an Agile environment. You'll architect and develop data pipelines using Databricks (Spark / PySpark) on AWS services like S3, Glue, and Redshift. This role requires strong technical leadership , the ability to mentor a team , and excellent stakeholder management and articulation skills . You should have proven experience as a Lead / Senior Data Engineer with expert-level proficiency in Databricks and hands-on experience with various AWS cloud services, particularly in an Agile setting. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential, alongside a strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL / ELT principles.
