We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design, strategy, and standards of Salesforce technology solutions implemented within the Bank. This role involves complex problem-solving, architectural planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the optimal application lifecycle and alignment with organizational goals. Job Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and best practices in application architecture throughout the software development life cycle. Review developer technical designs to ensure compliance with architectural standards. Map application architecture to the appropriate technology platform. Define key components such as platforms, tools, and testing strategies. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across the enterprise to align technology with functional needs. Represent the Bank in discussions with vendors and industry groups to communicate application requirements and expectations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Ensure third-party applications align with Bank architecture and development principles. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution (Master’s preferred). Extensive experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle. Proven experience as a Salesforce or nCino Architect or Technical Lead. Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and implementation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across various teams. Preferred Skills: Experience working in or with financial institutions or financial software vendors. TOGAF certification or familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks. Relevant Salesforce certifications are encouraged. Creative thinking and the ability to solve complex technical and operational challenges.
