Required Licenses and Certifications Epic Certification Requirement: This position requires that the appropriate Epic certification be successfully obtained and maintained for the assigned area of responsibility within 6 weeks of completing training or obtained prior to hire or demonstrated through work experience. 60 Days, .
Functional Accountabilities Develop BI solutions architecture that accurately translates business requirements to technology solutions and ensures the design will meet business requirements throughout the lifecycle of a change. Collaborates with stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and IT professionals, to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reports within the Epic EHR system. Develop, customize, and maintain Epic reports using tools such as Clarity, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards, and other reporting modules to extract and analyze data for assigned applications within Epic Foundation system. Design and create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and metrics. Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in data extraction, transformation, or report generation processes. Collaborate with the Epic team and other stakeholders to optimize and streamline reporting workflows and processes. Stay up to date with the latest Epic reporting functionalities, features, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Provides timely and appropriate communication to business owners, stakeholders, and users on issue status and resolution Responsible for providing training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize and interpret the reports generated. Document report specifications, data sources, and methodologies to maintain an organized and accessible repository of reporting assets. Contribute to and maintain an organized report and standard definitions library for easy access and reference for stakeholders Comply with all policies and standards.
