Full healthcare coverage We are seeking an experienced
Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
to lead
ground-up commercial projects
ranging from
$40M to over $100M . This is a long-term role with a highly regarded general contractor that
does not build anything under $20M . Project Types: K-12 schools
(40% of our work – a huge plus if you have this experience) Aviation Industrial / Warehouse Data Centers Hotels / Mixed-Use Responsibilities: Lead all field operations and coordinate subcontractors Develop and manage project schedules and site logistics Enforce safety, quality, and performance standards Collaborate with the PM team and owners throughout the build Drive results across multiple phases from groundbreaking to closeout Qualifications: 6–7+ years as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial projects Successfully completed at least 3 ground-up jobs over $40M Strong experience with
scheduling and master planning K-12 project experience strongly preferred OSHA 30 and working knowledge of field technology (Procore, MS Project, etc.) What We Offer: Aggressive bonus structure (up to 20%) Company vehicle allowance + fuel card Relocation support Seniority level
