The Assistant Project Manager - Luxury Multifamily Projects key responsibilities include: Effectively support assigned projects, performing all work activities per the construction responsibilities matrix from pre-construction through project close Monitor and manage the submittal processes and activities Support the Project Manager to complete projects on time and on budget Consistently visit construction sites to monitor the work progress and address issues in a timely manner Provide consistent updates and maintain accurate documentation to support keeping the Project Manager and Project Superintendent informed MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Assistant Project Manager - Luxury Multifamily Projects should have: 2+ years of project management experience Multifamily project experience (preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other related field Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and other construction related software Strong organizational and project management skills Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints Detail-oriented and strong communication skills What's on Offer
