Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, proactive, and hands-on Technical Learning & Development (L&D) Lead to drive high-impact learning initiatives across our Data & Technology organization. This individual will play a key role in enabling technical and professional growth, directly supporting organizational capability-building aligned with business priorities.
The ideal candidate is a skilled facilitator, strong program manager, and trusted partner—someone who excels at translating business needs into effective learning solutions, curating content, and measuring impact. This role requires someone who can operate with autonomy, collaborate across teams, and maintain a learner-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Program Ownership
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and execution of learning programs across technical and soft skill domains.
Translate capability needs into actionable learning strategies that align with department goals and employee development priorities.
Act as a learning advisor to business leaders and SMEs within the Data & Technology organization.
Program Development & Execution
Design, source, or curate engaging learning experiences focused on areas such as data literacy, cloud technologies, and AI.
Integrate key soft skills—such as communication, business acumen, and stakeholder management—into technical learning journeys.
Facilitate workshops, coordinate learning cohorts, and partner with external vendors to deliver high-quality training.
Measurement & Impact Reporting
Track program effectiveness through participation, feedback, and performance data.
Use insights to continuously improve learning experiences and demonstrate program ROI.
Support the development of quarterly or annual L&D reports and insights for leadership.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field
5–7 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on content/program development and facilitation
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and experiential learning
Ability to define learning goals and build scalable learning pathways
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with technical teams or in a technology-forward environment
Demonstrated success designing and delivering programs in data-related or cloud-based disciplines
Advanced facilitation skills, especially in remote and hybrid settings
Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including expertise with PowerPoint and executive-ready materials
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current
starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors
permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay:
U.S Pay Range: $7,987 - $9,983(Monthly)
