Job Description We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Learning Solutions team in North America, supporting an automotive manufacturer. This role manages the day-to-day activities of our learning technology platform and leads platform strategy development, becoming the team's subject matter expert, understanding user experience and backend administration. Key Responsibilities Manage Learning Platform Operations:
Oversee daily operations, including user management, incentives collaboration, and system configuration. Provide Technical Support and Incident Management:
Serve as primary contact for technical support, troubleshooting, and escalations to ensure timely resolution. Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to the learning platform, including scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-team coordination. Leverage Analytics for Performance Insights:
Use platform analytics to monitor usage, adoption, completion, and trends, providing insights to stakeholders. Develop and Maintain Product Expertise:
Complete certifications, stay updated on platform updates, and serve as SME for gamification and learning technologies. Collaborate on Product Implementation and Integration:
Work with the platform team to implement and deploy new features, ensuring seamless integration. Drive Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance platform effectiveness and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Five or more years in product management or related roles. Experience in learning and development methodologies. Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills. Experience working with complex systems and technical projects. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening.
