$30.00/hr - $36.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Addison Group HR Specialist (Immigration, Relocation & Recognition) Location (city, state): Alameda, CA (Onsite Only) Pay: Job Description: We are looking for an HR professional with deep program-level experience to oversee and enhance multiple HR initiatives. This individual will partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support HR compliance, streamline processes, and lead special projects that align with broader business goals. Please note this is a 6-9 month contract duration Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of HR programs including immigration, relocation, and employee recognition Act as the point of contact for mobility and immigration processes, partnering with legal and third-party vendors Manage and improve HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization Support policy communication and resolve escalated employee questions or concerns Contribute to special HR projects aligned with department goals and organizational strategy Audit and maintain accuracy of employee records in HR systems Develop process improvements to optimize program delivery and internal workflows Assist managers and employees with relocation packages and immigration documentation Qualifications: Approx. 5 of professional HR experience, preferably in a generalist or program specialist capacity Prior experience supporting mobility, relocation, or immigration initiatives is strongly preferred Workday experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR operations Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Seniority level
