Overview
Position Summary:
Provide first-level technical support for Care Lync employees across multiple sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and connectivity issues.
Ensure timely ticket updates in the Help Desk system
Assist with user account management in Microsoft 365, Care Lync's EMR, and related systems.
Responsibilities:
Respond to user requests via teams and ticketing system.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows laptops and peripheral equipment.
Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and assist with MFA issues in Microsoft 365.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly for future reference.
Escalate issues to Level 2 or vendors when outside scope of authority.
Maintain asset tracking for devices deployed to Care Lync staff.
Support onboarding by setting up user accounts, assigning equipment, and training users on logging in and using Care Lync systems securely.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's in IT preferred).
1-2 years of technical support or help desk experience in a Windows environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of network connectivity and mobile device management.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.
Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tickets efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
Reliable transportation: this will be a hybrid position
Adherence to HIPAA and Care Lync confidentiality policies.
Willingness to learn and grow into higher-level technical tasks over time.
