LiDAR Data Processor
Our client, a leading engineering firm, is looking for an experienced LiDAR Data Processor to join their Land Surveying team. This position will be based out of the Greater Berks area (Allentown/Reading). In this role, you'll focus on processing LiDAR data, including point cloud processing, feature extraction, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of spatial data for various projects. Key responsibilities include: Process LiDAR data to ensure products meet customer expectations, including point cloud processing and classification. Provide feedback to LiDAR technicians and support project management with client interactions. Perform trajectory processing for airborne LiDAR missions. Organize and catalog field-collected data for analysis. Implement and monitor quality control measures, including accuracy checks and classification validation. Maintain project status reports and ensure timely project progression. Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoDesk ReCap, LP 360 Drone, Trimble Business Center. Knowledge of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Prior project and client management experience. Valid driver's license for site travel. Ability to obtain necessary PA clearances (Act 34, 114, 151).
