At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do.We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in our Day Program in Coraopolis, PA.Earn $31/hr with the selection of Enhanced Pay!The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for assisting in coordinating physicians and clinics at our program center as directed by HSS/ AHSS. This is a professional position which involves providing direct nursing care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities. This nurse assists in maintaining their medical records to comply with current nursing practice and state regulation. This position reports to the Health Services Supervisor and/or Assistant Health Services Supervisor. Nurses working in our day program center will provide oversight of medical care for individuals in the day program center during their shift. Nurse will travel between homes as needed/directed by HSS/AHSS. Nurses will work with the direct care staff in ensuring physician orders, medications and treatments are carried out as well as general health monitoring.
