Windows System Administrator
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Windows System Administrator to join a National Security Contract located in Falls Church, VA through 100% full onsite presence. The Windows System Administrator will specialize in endpoint management, security compliance, and automation using MECM/SCCM/Intune. Responsibilities of the Windows System Administrator include: Install, configure, and manage systems using Windows Workstation Deploy, patch, and maintain 140,000+ devices using MECM/SCCM/Intune Apply patches, hotfixes, and security settings to meet DOD standards Use PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency Resolve high-level system issues, supporting Tier III NIPR/SIPR networks Manage software updates, backups, and business continuity solutions Work with government leadership, train junior staff, and lead projects as needed Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and ensure compliance tracking Qualifications of the Windows System Administrator include: 8+ years of experience with Windows Workstations/Server Administration utilizing SCCM/MECM/Intune Experience working with PowerShell scripting, installation, configuration, and administration of Windows Systems Must possess a CompTIA Security+ CE Windows System Administrator, CompTIA Linux+, or Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS) Strong customer service skills, especially with senior military/government officials; project/people management skills High school diploma or equivalent Active DOD secret clearance Compensation for the Windows System Administrator includes: Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 depending on experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, Holidays, PTO, sick leave as required by law Keywords: Windows, Windows Systems.
