for top-tier private sector clients across California. Strategic Impact : You won’t just be drafting pleadings—you’ll develop case strategy, manage budgets, and lead litigation from start to finish. Reasonable Billable Hours : Our
1,800-hour target
supports balance while keeping you engaged with meaningful work. Flexible Hybrid Schedule : Based in
San Diego , with the option for LA-based attorneys willing to commute as needed. What You’ll Do Independently manage employment litigation cases (class action, PAGA, single-plaintiff) Lead case strategy, draft and argue motions, and oversee discovery Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and prepare for trial Collaborate with clients and internal teams on proactive legal solutions Mentor junior team members (if applicable) What We’re Looking For 4–8 years
of employment law experience, with litigation focus Deep familiarity with
wage & hour ,
class action , and
PAGA
matters Strong writing, research, and communication skills Experience managing or mentoring attorneys is a plus The Details Title : Associate – Employment Litigation Practice Group Seniority level
