The position is based in Stamford, CT, offering a hybrid work schedule combining remote and in-office presence. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1-4 years of litigation experience, particularly in employment law, to work on complex employment-related matters on behalf of a diverse range of clients, including corporations, municipalities, and educational institutions. Duties:
Collaborate with senior litigators to develop effective litigation strategies for defending employment-related actions Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and other correspondence Conduct in-depth analysis of employment records and case details Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, and trials Work closely with employment experts to support cases Conduct legal research and analysis on employment-related matters Effectively communicate and interact with clients to ensure confidence and trust Manage a variety of tasks and case details efficiently, ensuring timelines are met Requirements:
Minimum of 1-4 years of litigation experience, with a preference for experience in employment law Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active admission to the Connecticut Bar Excellent legal writing, research, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate within a team Education:
