Our company is seeking a Local CDL Driver Sealy TX with flatbed experience. The driver will be responsible for transporting a wide range of precast concrete, pipes and other precast structures. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of DOT regulations and have a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Local driving only!! Go home every night. Great pay! Immediate openings! Loads are preloaded, and strapped. Check loads against paperwork. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with DOT regulations Complete delivery paperwork and log hours of service in compliance with DOT regulations Maintain communication with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the safety of cargo, fellow employees, and the public Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and trailer Perform other duties as assigned by management Local CDL Driver Sealy TX Requirements:
Valid CDL Class A driver's license with a clean driving record Must be familiar with flatbeds and manual transmission On the job training available, no minimum experience Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards Ability to read and interpret maps, routes, and driving directions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Ability to sit for extended periods of time while driving Ability to climb in and out of the truck cab and trailer Ability to lift and move heavy cargo, up to 50 lbs. MUST HAVE MEDICAL EXAMINERS CARD MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD MUST HAVE A CURRENT AND VALID CDL LICENSE MUST PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT DOT DRUG SCREENING AND PHYSICAL EXAM Location: Sealy, TX
Pay: $18-20 DOE
Shift: Monday
Friday 6 am
Finish (will include OT)
