Job Summary: Sysco is actively seeking reliable local CDL-A Delivery Truck Drivers to efficiently operate a tractor-trailer and deliver a variety of products, such as meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and supplies, to customer locations according to a set route schedule. Our drivers develop relationships with customers through a friendly and professional demeanor while ensuring their needs are met. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening is required. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Capability of lifting, pushing, or moving products weighing between 40-60 pounds on average and up to 100 pounds as needed. Availability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays based on business needs. Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in customer deliveries. A minimum of 6 months of experience using a hand cart or hand truck. 6 months of experience in the food and beverage industry. Consistent work history over the last 2 years.
