The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and effective cardiac services to our patients while adhering to the highest standards of clinical excellence.**Responsibilities:**- Ensure the safety and efficiency of cardiac procedures while maintaining universal precautions.- Accurately check and manage supplies; ensure that all expired equipment is identified and addressed promptly.- Prepare the procedure room by laying out necessary supplies and maintaining cleanliness.- Assist cardiologists during procedures, demonstrating knowledge of their individual preferences and maintaining aseptic techniques.- Verify patient identification and ensure proper documentation, including consent forms and medical records.- Maintain and troubleshoot all technical equipment, ensuring quality control and safety protocols are followed.- Log and analyze hemodynamic data accurately and assist in patient comfort throughout the procedure.- Educate patients pre and post-procedure while documenting all relevant information accurately.- Maintain operational readiness through proper handling of equipment and adherence to policies.**Qualifications:**- 1-2 Years of Cath Lab Tech Experience Required- IR Experience Highly Preferred- PCI Experience Required- BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) Certification Required- Telemetry Certification Highly Preferred- Effective communication skills and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.**Skills:**- Attention to detail in monitoring supplies and maintaining inventory levels.- Strong familiarity with equipment operation and troubleshooting.- Capability to perform various Cath Lab procedures (e.g., LHC, RHC, PTCA, STENT).- Commitment to adhering to clinical protocols and policies.**Education:**- Minimum education and certification as required for Cath Lab Technologist.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
