Position Overview
Seeking a skilled Sonographer to bring ultrasound and echocardiography services to primary care patients across five clinic locations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, an excellent communicator, and willing to participate in a paid, multi-week cross-training program if required.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general, vascular and cardiac ultrasound procedures independently with remote support. Complete preliminary reports for interpreting physician review. Assist patients from check-in through exam completion and provide white glove, compassionate service. Operate as an liaison for the practice, building relationships with your patients, office staff, and medical providers.
Required Qualifications
Certification in one or more of the following: Vascular Ultrasound: ARDMS - RVT (VT), ARRT - RT (VS), or CCI - RVS. Echocardiography: ARDMS - RDCS or CCI - Client or RCS. Willingness to participate in cross-training in general ultrasound. Minimum of 12 months' experience in vascular and echocardiography procedures. Physical ability to lift equipment and assist patients. Compliance with applicable health safety requirements.
Preferred Qualities
Motivated by the impact of early detection. Enthusiastic about working in a primary care setting. Comfortable using modern technology to deliver high-quality care. Flexible and proactive with a team-oriented mindset.
