Job Description & Requirements * Specialty: ED - Emergency Department * Discipline: RN * Start Date: 08/25/2025 * Duration: 13 weeks * 48 hours per week * Shift: 12 hours, nights * Employment Type: Travel Position / Specialty: RN - ER/Emergency Room Shift: 4x12 Night Shifts Contract : 13 weeks Location : Muncie, IN, 47303 First Time Travelers Accepted Shift Requirements: 4x12s Certification Requirements: ACLS, BCLS, PALS; Preferred NIH, TNCC -Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s nearby as needed Minimum Experience Required: 3 Years Skillset Requirements: Must have AT LEAST level 2 trauma experience. General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration, CPAP/BiPAP, Ventilated patients, Isolation Precautions Unit Information: 48 beds that can flex up to 62 beds total using hall beds if needed; never staff more than 1:4 ratio for regular ED patients; hold assignemtns could include a ratio of 4:1 for progressive holds and 5:1 for medical holds. This ED averages 6.6 behavioral health patients per day.
