Job Description

A Salem, Oregon based client is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide care to patients of all ages in an urgent care setting. An ideal candidate is a versatile and collaborative Physician Assistant who values providing equitable care to all populations.

Required Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited MSN/FNP program Current OR state Nurse Practitioner license Completed an accredited residency program Current DEA certificate Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages in urgent care Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results Perform therapeutic procedures and educate patients on their treatment plans Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to policy
