Monday/Thursday 7 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 6 pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 8 am - 5 pm 18 - 25 patients per day with chart closure within 2 business days Rural FQHC setting EMR: OCHIN or EPI Experience in reproductive health including IUD and Nexplanon placement Chronic care management experience required Spanish bilingual preferred MAT waiver preferred for addiction treatment We provide complimentary housing and travel We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice We simplify the credentialing and privileging process We provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K) Your personal recruiter handles every detail, 24/7
