Job Summary
Job Description Assist with forecasting production volumes to meet sales needs and reduce excess inventory, using Excel and data analysis tools. ? Support improvements to production efficiency and operational stability by identifying trends and tracking KPIs. ? Help analyze production costs, including labor and raw materials, and prepare regular cost reports for management. ? Organize and maintain production data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across MES/SAP systems. ? Prepare daily and monthly production reports, including productivity summaries and profit analysis. ? Learn and assist with MES/SAP system tasks, including master data creation, updates, troubleshooting errors, and modifying production reports. ? Support the monthly production closing process by reviewing input data, making corrections, and helping resolve any issues. ? Communicate clearly in both Korean and English with production, sales, and logistics teams to align schedules and resolve planning questions. ? Create PowerPoint presentations and reports to share production and cost insights with management. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ? Experience: Min. 1 year in supply chain, production planning, or logistics (internships or academic projects welcome). ? Language: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required. ? Familiarity with ERP systems (MES or SAP PP module is a plus). ? Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
