Program Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the soccerteam, including daily practices, conditioning, and skill development. First Aid, CPR, and Concussion Certification are required. Experience: Previous coaching experience in soccer, preferably at the high school or collegiate level, is highly desirable. Skills: Strong knowledge oftechniques, strategies, and rules. Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and develop players. Personal Attributes: Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for performing the responsibilities of the position. Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes while promoting sportsmanship and teamwork. Additional Requirements: Must pass a background check and meet any additional requirements set by the school or district. This is a part-time, seasonal position typically involving after-school hours and weekends for practices and games. New London High School Athletics Department is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated High School Girls Soccer Assistant Head Coach to lead our program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport and a commitment to fostering the athletic and personal development of student-athletes. The coach will be responsible for planning and executing practices, organizing competitions, and promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.
