DIRECTOR- CARDIOPULMONARY SERVICES - RESPIRATORY THERAPY
We are seeking a highly qualified Director of Cardiopulmonary Services at Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI. This role involves providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for departments including Respiratory Therapy, Cardiopulmonary Services, Device Clinic, Echo/Vascular, EEG, and the Aspirus Regional Sleep Disorders Center and labs. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of market conditions, operational, financial, and quality components of cardiopulmonary services. They will work collaboratively to develop structures, relationships, and resources to meet strategic goals, fostering a professional practice and healthy work environment that enhances patient care and efficiency through leadership of multidisciplinary teams and effective physician relationships. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cardiology and/or pulmonary service standards. Preferred Master's Degree in a related health field or hospital management. At least five years of progressive healthcare management experience, with specific experience in managing cardiopulmonary services. Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
