We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to work throughout the San Diego area, working autonomously. We seek empathetic providers enthusiastic about patient health. This mobile role involves visiting patients at various locations, with up to 50% of the time spent working remotely from home.
The focus is on enhancing patient management quality, maximizing satisfaction, promoting cost-effectiveness, and addressing healthcare disparities. We care for medically complex patients and seek professionals passionate about this population, focusing on care from the patient's perspective.
Nurse Practitioner - Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary of $150K - $170K depending on experience
3 weeks paid time off (including 2 weeks + 6-7 federal holidays) and 401K
Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
Responsibilities
Deliver patient care through assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, recognition and prevention of adverse events, planning, and implementation.
Perform in clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development roles.
Provide leadership at the practice location.
Function in accordance with California Law.
Treat less urgent acute conditions, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate care.
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Unencumbered California licensure.
