Medical Laboratory Scientist II , you will play a key role in performing complex diagnostic testing and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Perform
complex laboratory tests
across multiple disciplines, including
chemistry, hematology, microbiology , and
blood bank . Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced
laboratory equipment
to ensure precise and accurate test results. Analyze and interpret test data, ensuring compliance with rigorous
quality control
standards. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals
to support timely, accurate patient diagnoses and treatment plans. Contribute to
quality improvement initiatives
and pursue ongoing
professional development
opportunities. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field. Certification as a
Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
or
Medical Technologist (MT)
from
ASCP
or a comparable accrediting agency. Experience with
laboratory information systems (LIS) , such as
Epic Beaker
and
SoftBank , is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
