Compensation: $40/hr to $55/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. A leading pest control company is looking for an Intermediate DBA to join their team. The SQL Server DBA will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications. This is a "hands-on" position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will work on a team that is responsible for the development and sustainment of the SQL Server production and non-production servers, ensuring its operational readiness (security, health and performance), executing data loads, and performing data modeling in support of multiple development teams. The DBA team supports an enterprise environment with a global company. They will be working closely alongside 2 other teammates but must be capable of working independently as well. On this team, there is ample opportunity to learn and grow within the organization.
